National Shipments
We have carefully selected several dessert items that may be mailed within the continental United States via UPS.
We do NOT ship to International, PO Box or Military Addresses at this time.
We take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure that quality and freshness is maintained. All shippable desserts and gift items are hand packaged and are sent via UPS.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we would greatly appreciate it if you would notify the recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item,
Unless otherwise requested, packages will be left at their destination whether or not someone is available to receive the package. Janjou Pâtisserie will not be held responsible for items left unattended, stolen, or damaged - particularly in warm or inclement weather.
Orders
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. To guarantee the freshness and quality of your order, orders are shipped during the following weekdays: Mon, Tue & Wed.
Orders received AFTER 11 PM on Wednesday (including orders placed on Thursday, Friday,Saturday and Sunday) will be sent the following Monday.

Shipping Rates
To ensure freshness, we require that all items be delivered within 2 days.
Shipping rates are determined by the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. Without special request, UPS does not deliver on weekends and national holidays.
Shipments to the following states can be shipped UPS Ground and will be delivered within 2 days:

Please note that orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the Next Day Saver Rate.; however, please allow 2 days for delivery.
When shipping to more than one address, rates are charged per address.
Local Delivery
ANY AND ALL OF OUR DESSERT & PASTRY ITEMS MAY BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE BOISE AREA.
Since we bake to order, a 3-5 day advance notice is required for special orders.However, we will do our best to accommodate same-day or following-day delivery requests.
