A light, delicate, gluten free cookie made of almond flour, sugar and egg whites, filled with luscious ganache cream in different flavors. It is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
We use hormone/antibiotics free eggs,fresh fruit or all natural fruit puree for all of our ganaches or butter creams.

We recommend keeping our macarons in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving about 15-20 minutes. For best degustation, our macarons should be consumed with in 3 days.
